About
  • What we practice in this class is long-form improvisation for adults, with the ultimate goal of performing a “Harold”. Don’t ask why it’s called a Harold because no one knows for sure, but a Harold is when a group of people mutually create interconnected scenes, on the spot, from a single one word suggestion. Many of the performers you’ve seen on SNL (for example) were trained this way, but what makes this class unique is that it’s specifically designed to help you hone skills that can have benefits in fields far beyond the entertainment industry. No experience is required to join our entry level class. Really.

  • Located in Brooklyn, classes for all levels are offered seasonally, with the majority of classes offered meeting once a week for eight weeks (8 total sessions). Single session classes are not currently on offer.

  • All classes are currently being held at The Class Space @ 243 Smith St, in Brooklyn. Pricing varies based on class length.
